attempting to remove family member....it say to remove consent .....then goes to premisson page with nothing there back a loop back to all accounts page. I do i fix?

There seems to be some server side issue with this page.
Try this link https://account.live.com/unmanagekid.aspx It might still load the same blank page, but then click on View your Family Settings, and then three dots > manage consent, it might eventually load..
