I'm trying to get my Artifact Signing and I received the link to add it to my Authenticator. When I scan the code I get VerifiableCredential with an alert and in red Card Missing. Does anyone know about this?

Carolyne-3676 1,136 Reputation points2026-07-02T09:37:18.32+00:00 Ensure prerequisites are met: You must first have a Verified ID credential issued to your Authenticator app before scanning the artifact signing QR code. Check that you're signed into Authenticator with the correct work account linked to your organization's Microsoft Entra Verified ID tenant, and update the app to the latest version.
Re-request the credential from your organization: Contact whoever manages artifact signing in your organization and ask them to re-issue the Verified ID credential to your account. Once the card appears in Authenticator (under the Verified IDs section), retry scanning the artifact signing link.
