    Are you subscribed to Microsoft 365 Personal, Microsoft 365 Family, or another Microsoft 365 subscription?

    Could you please describe the specific issue you're experiencing and when it occurs?

    Please go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Could you confirm whether your Microsoft 365 subscription is listed there and whether its status is Active?

    Then, open Word and go to File > Account. Please check whether you're signed in with the same Microsoft account that has the Microsoft 365 subscription.
