I am on the following device:

Device name --PII REMOVED--

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1195G7 @ 2.90GHz (2.92 GHz)

Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)

Graphics card Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics (128 MB)

Storage 425 GB of 954 GB used

Device ID --PII REMOVED--

Product ID --PII REMOVED--

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Pen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points

Normally, after I update and restart the computer, then on opening Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Edge gives a dialog saying, "Microsoft Edge closed while you had some windows open" and asks if you want to restore the windows. Today, I updated and restarted the computer at 8PM EST, and when I launched Microsoft Edge, a new window opened without letting us restore the previous windows. I need this to be fixed.
