Intune Policy Change Review Logging

Hi support team.

When our multiple senior administrators are tweaking configuration baselines, a single bad setting can cause thousands of devices to fall out of compliance. When reviewing pending changes inside Multi-Admin Approval, how do we access the detailed historical notes and administrative justifications to verify who requested a policy modification ?

Thank you

    Hello Adrian,

In Multi‑Admin Approval, the review screen itself only shows basic information about the pending change, not the full history or detailed notes.

To see who actually made the request and why, you need to look in the Audit logs in Intune. There you can find the admin’s name, what change was made, and when it happened. You can match that with the pending request to understand the context.

If you need even more detail about who performed the action, the Entra ID (Azure AD) audit logs can help confirm it.

In simple terms, MAA is for approval, while the audit logs are where you go to understand the full story behind the change.

    QQ.
