I am the parent in a family safety group. I want to remove my son but the system won't allow me to remove the consent. I have contacted Microsoft Chat Support but they can't do it either. What can be done to remove my son

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Currently, there appears to be an issue on Microsoft’s server side, where the option to manage consent for a child account does not load properly, and the page appears empty, as shown in the screenshot.

I have two organizer accounts with child accounts, and I am experiencing the same issue when trying to manage consent, even though I was the one who previously provided consent for those child accounts.

This may be a backend issue, and it will likely be resolved within a few days. However, this is not guaranteed, as there has been no official confirmation from Microsoft yet. In the meantime, I recommend submitting your feedback directly to Microsoft developers from the Microsoft Family Safety homepage:

Click Select feedback to submit your report.
