i have deployed a wifi profile to both adroid and IOS devices but months later the assignment status is still showing 0 with not success or fail or not applicable even when devices are constantly syncing.

i did verifications of the suggestions and i confirm that this is affecting the Wi-Fi profile only and it is assigned to a device group with no exclusions.

    Hi MKHULEKO,

If the assignment status has remained at 0 (no Success, Error, or Not Applicable) for an extended period, it typically indicates that the policy is not being evaluated by the targeted devices rather than a sync issue.

    Please verify the following:

    • Ensure the Wi-Fi profile is assigned to the correct Microsoft Entra user/device group and that the affected devices are members of that group.
    • Confirm the devices are properly enrolled in Intune and have a recent check-in.
    • Verify the profile platform matches the enrollment type (Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS, etc.).
    • Check whether Assignment Filters or Scope Tags are excluding the devices.
    • Review the Device and user check-in status for the profile to see if the devices are listed.

    Could you also confirm:

    • Is the profile assigned to a user group or device group?
    • Does this issue affect only the Wi-Fi profile, or are other configuration profiles also not deploying?

    Thanks,

    Enterprise 365 Consultant
