Can’t sign in

I cannot access Microsoft Teams on my phone because it’s asking to use the authenticator app for everything and my authenticator app is not working.

Hey Sophia!
If this is a work account, please contact your IT admin to reset your MFA registration. Since Authenticator isn't working and you can't bypass it for Teams, your organization's IT administrator needs to reset your MFA methods in Microsoft Entra admin center — once reset, you'll be prompted to set up Authenticator fresh on your next sign-in. In the meantime, ask them to temporarily enable SMS or phone call verification as an alternative method so you can access Teams immediately
