Message from regulatory documents ->
Hello, Upon review of your toll-free verification application by the toll-free messaging aggregator, your application has been rejected for the following reason: business registration number is missing or invalid. We will need one of the following letters to move forward with an appeal.
- CP 575 EIN Confirmation Letter • This is the official letter from the IRS confirming your Employer Identification Number (EIN) assignment. It shows your legal business name and EIN as registered with the IRS.
- 147C EIN Verification Letter • If you’ve lost your CP 575, you can request a 147C letter from the IRS. This letter also confirms your EIN and legal business name.
As a rejected application, your toll-free number will be subjected to these limits - https://aka.ms/TFV-FAQs.
