    Dear Vickie,

Good day, and thank you for reaching out to the Q&A Forum. I understand that you are looking to cancel your subscription and request a refund for the recent renewal charge. As a forum moderator, I am not able to access your billing account or subscription details to review the charge and process the cancellation/refund for you. Our role here is limited to providing general guidance and solutions for users to implement themselves. Before I can guide you to the correct cancellation and refund process, could you please share a few details about the subscription?

1.What type of subscription was renewed? For example: Microsoft 365 Personal, Microsoft 365 Family, Microsoft 365 Basic, Microsoft 365 Education/student subscription, Copilot Pro, OneDrive storage or another Microsoft subscription

2.Was the subscription purchased directly from Microsoft, through your school, Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party provider?

3.What date was the renewal charge made?

4.Are you able to see the subscription here? account.microsoft.com/services

5.Do you see an option such as “Manage,” “Cancel subscription,” or “Turn on recurring billing”?

6.Is this connected to a personal Microsoft account or a school/work account?

In the meantime, you can follow these steps in this article to see if it helps: How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription | Microsoft Support

Once you confirm the subscription type and where it was purchased, I will be in a better position to guide you to the correct cancellation and refund process for your specific case. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Looking forward to your reply.
