Unable to activate Azure student account

I've tried to activate Azure for students free account multiple times to practice cloud and AI services but i face an error during activation process and unable to continue further. I tried by logging through my student email as well as personal email but both give the same error. could you please help me with verifying my student status and activate the free account?

    When signing up for the Azure Student subscription, please make sure you are signing in using a personal Microsoft account and that you meet the requirements for the subscription.     If you are trying with a personal Microsoft account, but are seeing the same error, what error is it your facing?

    I tried by logging through my student email as well as personal email but both give the same error. could you please help me with verifying my student status and activate the free account?

    Having a look at the screenshot, and the error message, it could be that you are unable to sign in due to you been signed into your university email account. Please try with a personal Microsoft account and see if you get the same error.

    If you do get the same error, you will need to reach out to the Azure Support team through the support blade on the Azure portal. For this, you would need to sign up for Azure first, which I will provide instructions to if you need to reach out to support.
