Based on your description, removing the default “Get Outlook for Android” signature text from the message draft allowed the attachment to be shared successfully in your case. This may be helpful for other users who run into the same situation when sharing files through Outlook mobile.
For anyone who wants to remove that text permanently, open Outlook mobile, go to Settings > Signature, then delete or replace the default signature and save the change.
