@Winnie-B The re-installing of mobile Outlook app resolved the issue. Once rebooted and logged in to MS Acct Repeating the process suggestion bar when attaching Google photos only suggested two message txt numbers which when removed from msg.s queue no longer appeared in suggestions. The only remaining entries suggested now are known contacts! Thank you

    Hi Jay Garth

I understand you're asking about an email address that appeared while using Outlook for Android.

To help me guide you better, could you clarify where the address appeared?

    • In recipient suggestions while composing an email?
    • When sharing a photo from Android?
    • In your Contacts list?

Also, are you using a personal Outlook.com or Hotmail account?

In the meantime, if the address is appearing as a suggestion in Outlook for Android, you may try the following checks in Outlook on the web. If you're using your phone's browser, please switch to Desktop View first.

    1, Check your Contacts list

    • Go to People/Contacts and see whether the email address exists there.
    • If it is listed and no longer needed, remove it.

2, Check whether the address appears when composing an email

Create a new email message in Outlook on the web and see whether the address appears in the recipient suggestions. If it appears there as well, that may indicate that the suggestion is coming from your Outlook account rather than from the Android device.

If the address only appears in Outlook for Android and not in Outlook on the web, you can try removing and re-adding your account in the Outlook mobile app.

Looking forward to your reply so we can continue further. Thanks for your understanding.
