    Hi @Dinesh Gunna ,

    the VM is listed with the status "Stopped (deallocated)" in the Azure Portal after the shutdown?

    If so please take a look in the Activity Log of the VM if there is any action stopping the VM.

    Please check the System Event Log of the Azure VM if it is a Windows OS for Event ID Event ID 1074 (planned shutdowns by a user or update) or Event ID 6008 (unexpected/dirty shutdowns).

    Based on the findings you might dive deeper in the root cause analysis.
