I can not print off my gun records, on windows 10

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble printing those records. If the printer is producing blank sheets, we first need to determine whether the issue is with the printer itself, the printer driver, or only the specific file/app you are printing from.

Please try these steps:

First, try printing a simple test from another app, such as Notepad. Type a few words and print them.

If that also comes out blank, check the printer ink/toner cartridges, run the printer’s cleaning/maintenance option, and try printing a printer test page directly from Windows. In Windows 10, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners > select your printer > Manage > Printer properties > Print Test Page.

If the Windows test page or Notepad page does not print correctly. You may need to restart the printer and PC, check the printer connection, remove and re-add the printer, or install the latest driver from the printer manufacturer.

If other files print correctly, the issue may be with the Gun Records document or the app/browser used to open it. Try saving the records as a PDF first, then open the PDF with Microsoft Edge and print again.
