I can access my emails from my computer however I can't access on my iphone and I keep getting this message. AADSTS165000: Invalid Request: The user session context is missing. One or more of the user context values (cookies; form fields; headers) were not supplied, every request must include these values and maintain them across a complete single user flow.

I have removed the Outlook app from my phone and reinstalled in and it still comes up with this message. What eles should I do please?

    Dear @Richard Roberts,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, you can sign in to your email on a computer but receive error AADSTS165000 (user session context missing) when signing in on your iPhone Outlook app.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

    Test sign-in via browser

If this works, the issue is likely specific to the Outlook app.

    Clear browser cache and cookies

    • Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
    • Restart your iPhone
    • Try signing in again in Outlook

Remove and re-add your account on the device

Remove the account from: Outlook app or iPhone Settings > Mail > Accounts

    Restart your device

    Add the account again

If you have tried all the methods above but still cannot resolve the issue, please try to uninstall the app the reinstall to check whether the issue still persists or not.

I hope my information meet expectations, please feel free to reach out.
