I am beyond frustrated. I have been logged out of my email account and can't get back in. Every time I try to login it comes up with the Authentication code or verification code that needs to be inputted. This is not coming up from me in the app. I am contacting you off another email address as I can't even login here either. Trued calling and can't actually speak to a real person. Can someone please contact me ASAP privatley to this email address so I can get access to my other email address!

Could you please confirm whether you have successfully signed in to the Microsoft Authenticator app with your Microsoft account and whether your smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi or a mobile data network?
Please try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data, then request the authenticator verification again and check whether you receive the notification or code.
If the issue persists, restart your phone and request the code again.
Alternatively, during sign-in on Microsoft services, select “I can’t use my authenticator app right now” and use your recovery email address or phone number to verify your identity and sign in.
