Shared Calendars No Long Available

I have been sharing my Outlook Calendar with my husband for years, visible on desktop, web, and mobile. Recently, both of us 'lost' the other's shared calendar.
I have Googled my butt off and done all of the fixes : uninstalled/installed, unshared/reshared, unticked/ticked turn on shared calendar experiences, removed/reinstalled apps ... nothing has fixed the issue. Yes, all of the settings are correct : I have checked at least 10x. The issue is across all platforms - desktop installed software, online website, android apps.
Is there a resolution, or is it a Microsoft bug?

    Hi Liz P

I understand that the shared Outlook.com calendars between you and your husband disappeared across Outlook desktop, Outlook.com on the web, and Android, and that re-sharing, reinstalling, and changing the shared calendar experience setting did not fix it. Could you confirm:

    • Are both accounts personal Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN accounts?
    • After re-sharing, did the recipient accept the new invitation in Outlook.com on the web first?
    • Is the permission set to Can edit, or only view permission?

    Please try the steps below:

    1) Remove the broken shared calendar copy from the recipient’s account

    • On the recipient’s account, open Outlook.com Calendar in a browser.
    • In the left calendar list, find the broken shared calendar.
    • Remove the broken shared calendar copy only.
    • Do not delete the calendar from the owner’s account.

    2) Remove the existing sharing permission from the owner’s account

    • On the calendar owner’s account, open Outlook.com Calendar.
    • Right-click the calendar being shared.
    • Select Sharing and permissions.
    • Remove the other person’s permission completely.
    • Save the change.

    3) Share the calendar again

    • From the calendar owner’s account, share the calendar again.
    • Manually type the recipient’s Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN address.
    • Set the permission to Can edit if the other person needs to create or edit events.
    • If they only need to view the calendar, choose the appropriate view permission instead.

    4) Accept the new invitation from Outlook.com on the web first

    • On the recipient’s account, open the new calendar sharing invitation in Outlook.com on the web.
    • Select Accept.
    • Open Outlook.com Calendar.
    • Make sure the shared calendar is ticked/selected in the left calendar list.

    5) Then check desktop and mobile

    • After the shared calendar appears correctly on Outlook.com, reopen Outlook desktop.
    • Then reopen Outlook for Android.
    • Allow both apps time to resync.
    • If the calendar appears but does not load immediately, select it again from the calendar list.

Please tell me how it goes. If the problem persists, please don’t hesitate to reply to this thread and I will be happy to help. Have a lovely day!
