I dont have the product key I sold the pc parts and im logged into Microsoft account on pc and cant do it digtely

    You haven't explained what "swaped hardware intel to amd" means, so we have to guess.

    If you changed your motherboard, then for the purposes of activation, you have a new PC, and a new PC needs a new license.

    The only Window license that can be moved from one PC to another PC is a Retail license. If that's the type of license your copy of Windows has, we can show you how to reactivate that on the new hardware.

    Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?

    Or is your Windows licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence?

    Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

    Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv
