Double Account in Microsft 365

I bought Microsoft 365 Family and provided the two requested security emails. The problem is that while my subscription is active on the first email, the system automatically created a second account for the second email. When I attempt to close this new account, it says it will delete my main account as well. I've tried everything to fix it. I also tried to get a callback from technical support, but the option isn't available. What can I do? thanks!

    These must be aliases. Could you let me know if both email addresses appear in the link I've attached below?
