I am unable to receive response emails to numerous company domains for MFA codes or other correspondence. I can send to them from my Outlook account successfully, but never receive their responses which should arrive within a minute or two.

    1. Whitelist the Domains /Add them to Safe List
"(Outlook.com --> Gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner --> Mail --> Junk email --> Safe senders and domains"
      "Add"
Additionally, Check the below settings as per below screenshot:

    2. Add them to your Contacts.
    3. Review your mail Rules

    4. Check your mail storage (make sure that you have enough space) available to receive mails.
    5. If their domain is blocked by Microsoft globally you may request (https://sender.office.com/).

This is caused by the Microsoft Spam Filters on the mail servers. There is nothing you can do to fix it. The messages are never being delivered to your email account so your Safe Senders list is never even checked.

Most companies use an outside service for account security, so the MFA code emails are not coming from the actual company's domain and many of these security services are being incorrectly blocked by the Microsoft Spam Filters.

It's an ongoing problem reported by many, many, users. e.g.

Sorry. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear.
