Why do I have Blazer on my computer? Is it part of Microsoft? Do I need it? I don't like it.

Microsoft do not make an app named Blazer, if that is the Blazer browser installed on your PC, if you do not need it, then you can safely uninstall it from the Settings App - Apps - Installed Apps.
