According to Squarespace, you can export your calendar as an iCal file and import it into Outlook. The imported calendar will not be dynamic; that is, updating the Squarespace calendar won't update the one imported into Outlook. There are tools you can purchase that cal make a dynamic link, but natively, Squarespace doesn't support synching with Outlook.
