How can I see my "Help Dialog" with an agent ?

I went through the "Help" process. The Agent posted on screen what seemed the answer to my challenge - but he closed it while I was typing "
I did ask for the "chat" to be emailed to me, but it wasn't "

And although I can find the REFERENCES to the "call", I cannot find a way to download the "chat".

    Sorry for the delay - we had a L O N G power cut !

    I was given the answer by the "agent" on Microsoft;s "chat help-line", I saw it, but he closed it while I was typing !

    I can find the record of the Chat, but NOT the content !

    On other "chat lines" you are sent it by email, but this one wasn't, and I can't find it.

    My question is - how do I find that Chat , that solved my challenge ??
