new iPhone is not loading my folders for email

You told me to go to mail then tap Mailboxes but what do you mean by tap Mailboxes ?

    Hi John,

    Based on your description, you are unable to see your folders and were instructed to tap on "Mailboxes" in the Mail section.

    You can try the following steps:

    Step 1: Open Outlook on your mobile device.

    Step 2: Tap on your profile picture (avatar).

    Step 3: Tap the arrow icon to expand and display your folders.

    If you still cannot see your folders, please try the following steps and let me know whether the issue persists:

    1. Restart your mobile device.
    2. Connect to a different Wi‑Fi network or try using mobile data.
    3. Uninstall and reinstall the Outlook application.
