    The error is usually related to cached Microsoft 365 credentials. Please try the following steps:

    1. Open Control Panel
    2. Go to User Accounts > Credential Manager
    3. Open Windows Credentials
    4. Remove saved entries related to Office, Outlook, Microsoft 365, ADAL, OneAuth, MSOID, or the affected work/school account
    5. Restart the computer
    6. Try again.
