    Thanks for confirming.

Since the website does not open in Edge, Chrome, or Firefox, this does not look like an Edge issue anymore. Norton or Norton VPN may be blocking the connection.

Please test the same website first on another device, such as a phone or another PC, while connected to the same Wi-Fi.

If it works on another device, please try turning off Norton VPN completely. If it still does not work, uninstall Norton VPN, restart the PC, and test the website again.

If Norton VPN is part of the Norton app and cannot be removed separately, you may need to temporarily uninstall Norton, restart the PC, and check again. Windows Defender should turn on automatically after Norton is removed.

May I ask if the website opens on your phone using mobile data? Also, does Norton show any “blocked” or “unsafe website” message?

I have tried all that you suggested but nothing works. The website does not open in Chrome of Firefox on the same PC. I have Norton antivirus. The Norton VPN is not turned off. Microsoft adblocker is turned off.

    Thanks for the details.

Since it changes to about:blank first, this may not be a normal Edge block. It can be caused by a bad redirect, an extension, cached site data, DNS, or security software.

    Please try this first:

    • Open Edge in InPrivate mode by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N, then enter the website address there.

If it opens in InPrivate, disable your Edge extensions one by one here:

    • Edge > three dots > Extensions > Manage extensions.

Also try clearing only that site’s data:

    • Edge > Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data > search for the website > delete it.
    • Then restart Edge and test again.
    • If it still fails, please try opening the site using the full address, including https://.

May I ask, does the same website open in Chrome or Firefox on the same PC? Also, are you using any VPN, antivirus web protection, or ad-blocking extension?

First, please check what kind of block Edge is showing. Is it a red Microsoft Defender SmartScreen warning, a “site can’t be reached” message, or a pop-up/cookie/permission block?
