Not getting MSN Daily, MSN Unfold, or MSN Finance newsletters.

I am not getting MSN Daily, MSN Unfold, or MSN Finance email newsletters to my outlook email.

I was getting them previously, then they stopped.

When I go to the screen page to request them again, it says "Something went wrong, please try again later."

But when I come back later, it keeps saying the same thing, "Something went wrong, please try again later."

On the bottom of that request screen, it says I can request a link to manage by communication permissions.

However, when I input my email address, to request the link, I not able to "press" the "submit" field.

The field just stays greyed out.

Has anyone had a similar problem with the MSN Daily, MSN Unfold, or MSN Finance email newsletters?

If so, how did you solve it?

No fix, sorry. But I can confirm it's broken for me too. Tried all the suggestions (e.g. Incognito, etc.) and then some. Just won't work.

The Country/Region drop-down is flaky (sometimes it gets my info from my outlook.com profile, sometimes it doesn't) but even when it's prepopulated correctly it still fails.

    All I can suggest:

On the MSN Home page https://www.msn.com/en-us click the Gear Settings and toggle out of the "New Homepage". User's image

    And use the "Feedback" form.

    Hello Chloe-V.

Thank you for your detailed response to my problem of not getting the MSN Daily, MSN Unfold, and MSN Finance newsletters. And yes, this is just the MSN newsletters. I don't have any problems with my other emails that I know of.

I checked my Junk Email folder and other folders. I don't have any custom folders.

I have no rules to move or delete these emails.

I do have "strict" incoming mail handling to cut down on unwanted email.

The applicable email id's in my Safe Senders list are

    ******@email2.microsoft.com

    email2.microsoft.com

    infomails.microsoft.com

    microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com

    microsoft.com

I can't find any old MSN emails in my deleted folder to double check I have all the applicable ids, but once again, there are no MSN emails in my Junk folder.

I tried signing up in a private browser, on both my Edge and Chrome browsers but received the same result.

Maybe it's nothing, but I do notice when in I try to sign up while in a Private browser, I still get the "Something went wrong, please try again later" message, but the "Country/Region" field becomes red. I went back and verified my profile is (United States/English). But maybe that is because I am in "Private Mode".

Anyway, that's it. I followed all your steps, but unfortunately the problem persists.

    Hi Gary Etheridge,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I’m sorry to hear that you stopped receiving the MSN Daily, MSN Unfold, and MSN Finance newsletters, and that the subscription page keeps showing “Something went wrong.”

Since this seems to affect specific MSN newsletters rather than all incoming Outlook emails, please try these checks first:

    • Check your Junk Email folder, Other tab, and any custom folders.
    • Go to Outlook.com > Settings > Mail > Rules, and make sure no rule is moving or deleting these emails.
    • Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email, and check whether any MSN or Microsoft sender/domain is blocked.
    • If you still have an old MSN newsletter, add the sender address/domain to Safe senders and domains.
    • Check your mailbox storage, as a full mailbox may prevent new emails from arriving.

For the newsletter sign-up page issue, please also try using an InPrivate/private browser window, another browser, or another device/network. You may also temporarily disable browser extensions or ad blockers, as they can sometimes prevent form buttons from working correctly.

If the Submit button is still greyed out and the page continues to show “Something went wrong” after you have tried the steps above, please let me know the result.
