Removal of Family Saftey

We have been trying to remove family safety also with the help of Microsoft remote control session. As we came into loop he guided to contact Family Safety team. When I try to remove the group, it first asks to remove members. (Only me as organizer and my son as member). When I try to remove the member, it asks for managing the consent, but it does not work. The assistant tried many times but could not mange concet, remove son or remove family safety group. GhatGPT told that problme most likely is in Microsoft and someone from Microsoft should remove the account. Could you help me to remove the family safety.

    Hello

    The manage consent page does have a server side issue now.

    But there’s a workaround. Try this link https://account.live.com/unmanagekid.aspxIt might still load the same blank page, but then click on View your Family Settings, and then three dots > manage consent, it might eventually load..
