All of my mail goes to junk, even after I send what I want to my inbox, then the next day, mail from those senders go back to junk.

Again, who is your mail provider - that is, what comes after the @ in your address? Which version of classic Outlook are you using? If you click File>Account Settings>Account Settings and select the Email tab, what do you see? When I say use a web browser to access your mailbox, I'm talking about using Chrome, Edge, Opera, Firefox or some other web browser to connect to your mailbox. For example, to access a Gmail mailbox with a web browser, you would visit the link https://gmail.com/. To access a Yahoo/Verizon/AT&T mailbox you would visit the link https://mail.yahoo.com/.

I don't know what you mean by POP, IMAP or Exchange. Where do I check for unrecognized rules? If someone sends me an email right now, it still goes to junk first. I don't know what you mean by accessing my email by any other methods. Please explain.

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Who is your mail provider and what type of account (POP, IMAP, Exchange) are you using to access the mailbox? Have you checked for unrecognized rules? If you leave Outlook off and access the mailbox with a web browser and request someone to send you a message, does the message still arrive in junk? Also, check your Blocked Sender list for unrecognized entries. Do you access the mailbox with any other methods besides classic Outlook on Windows?
