I have lost my emails in my inbox and I cannot send PDF attachments ?

    I understand how concerning this is, especially when inbox emails are missing and you're also unable to send PDF attachments.

    To help narrow this down, could you please clarify:

    • Are you using an Outlook.com/Hotmail/Live account or a third-party email account connected to Outlook?
    • When did the Inbox emails disappear?
    • Do you receive any error message when attaching or sending a PDF? If so, what is the exact error?

    In the meantime, please try the following in Outlook on the web:

    1, For missing Inbox emails

    • Check the Deleted Items, Junk Email, and Archive folders for the missing messages.
    • In Outlook on the web, use the search box and search for the sender's name or a unique word from a missing email.
    • Check whether any rules are moving messages automatically:
      • Select Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Rules.
      • Temporarily disable any rules and test whether new emails remain in the Inbox.

    2, For PDF attachments not sending

    • Try sending a small PDF file (for example, under 1 MB) to yourself.
    • If the small file works, the issue may be related to the attachment size or a specific PDF file.
    • Open Outlook.com in an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and test again to rule out a browser extension or cached data issue.
    • If available, try a different browser (Edge, Chrome, or Firefox) and test sending the same PDF.
