Outlook - Emails from specific sender/domain blocked at server level

I am not receiving emails from a specific sender to my outlook email account. The sender uses a booking/accounting system that sends monthly statements and other notifications.
This has been going on for a few months. No other email is affected.

The sender is listed in my 'safe senders' list. The sender IS NOT in my blocked senders list. There are no rules or filters applied to my outlook client inbox.

The emails do not appear in the inbox, junk, archive, or deleted folders on my desktop outlook client or android app.

I have checked my account via web interface, and the missing emails are not visible there either (nor are there any filters, rules, or applicable entries in blocked senders through the web interface).

I have had the sender add other email addresses to the emails being sent to me (including my 'gmail' account and their own 'outlook' account). The email arrives in my gmail and their outlook account.

It seems like there is a block on the sender (or their domain) at the server level against my account only.

    Hello

Since their email arrives in Gmail, can you go into your gmail, locate this email and get the internet header for the email.

Instructions from gmail is here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/29436?hl=en

Then can you please share the header? Make sure you remove email addresses referenced to protect your privacy when you share.
