Premium Planner Assigned Tasks not showing in Outlook To Do

I have Premium Planner and I have created a plan from scratch - however none of the assigned tasks are showing in To Do? I have checked the Connected App settings in To Do and I am connected to planner.

Assigned tasks in Loop are showing in To Do (as well as showing in My Plans, but not actual proper Plans).

Is there a reason for this? I'm beginning to think that premium plans are not that premium...

    Dear @Jardine, Anna,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that you have created a Premium Planner plan and assigned tasks to users, but those assigned tasks are not appearing in Outlook To Do. You have already verified that Planner is enabled in the Connected Apps settings within To Do, and you can see assigned tasks from Microsoft Loop syncing correctly. You're looking to understand why tasks from your Premium Planner plan are not syncing to To Do and whether this behavior is expected for Premium Plans. To understand the situation better and provide you with the most suitable support, could you confirm the following information:

    • Do these tasks appear in the "Assigned to me" view within Planner?
    • Do other colleagues experience the same issue in To Do if they follow the same steps in creating a Premium plan and assigning tasks?
    • Are you checking for the tasks in: Outlook To Do (web)? Microsoft To Do desktop/mobile app? Both?

Your confirmation would be very helpful in ensuring you receive the most suitable support!

In the meantime, kindly try the following suggestions to check what might have caused the issue:

    • Sign out of both Planner and To Do, then sign back in and check whether the tasks appear
    • Test by creating a new task assigned to yourself in the affected Premium Plan and monitor whether it syncs
    • Compare the behavior with a new task created in a standard Planner plan

Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing how things are going!

Thank you for your time and patience.
