I have a microsoft 365 account and have paid for all the apps ( excel, word Etc) but when I try to download them as desktop Icons it says I don't have any account. I have paid for the desktop version as well so not sure what is going on. Can someone assist?

    Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, is your Office licence listed correctly there, or if that is a subscription, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    Are you able to find the Office licence/subscription listed there and if that is a subscription, what version of Microsoft 365 did you subscribe to, is it the Basic, Personal or Family subscription.
