I assume this means that you have Classic Outlook installed and want to use that and not New Outlook?

Quick check - Use the Windows Run dialog (Windows key + r) , enter outlook.exe and click [OK]. Dose it open Classic Outlook? If not, is there an error message.

Hi Corey, if the New Outlook toggle is missing, your IT admin has likely disabled it via group policy — check with them to enable it. You can also go to File → Office Account → Update Now to get the latest version. —
