Microsoft accounts cannot be merged into one account. Also, a Microsoft 365 subscription from one personal account cannot usually be transferred directly to another personal account.

The usual option is to let the expiring subscription end or cancel it, then keep using the newer account with the active subscription.

Before doing anything, please check what data is tied to the expiring account, such as OneDrive files, Outlook email, Skype, Xbox, or purchases. Those do not automatically move to the newer account.

For OneDrive files, you can manually download them from the expiring account and upload them to the newer account. If this is Microsoft 365 Family, you may also share the newer subscription with the other account instead.

If all is resolved, feel free to mark the answer for this thread. Otherwise, please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
