Thank you for your response. When I follow the pathway given, it blocks me and says I do not have access since we have an IT group that manages our licensing and software. How should I proceed?

Ticket creation can only be performed by a tenant administrator.

In this situation, please contact your organization's IT department and provide them with the documentation on how to create a support ticket. The IT department will assist you in creating a ticket through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Once the IT department has created the ticket and a support agent has been assigned to the case, the agent will proactively contact you to continue assisting with the issue.
