You can contact a Microsoft support agent by following these steps:
- Go to the Microsoft Contact Support page: Microsoft Contact Support
- Select Microsoft 365.
- Click Get Home Support.
- In the box provided, type billing and press Enter.
- On the next page, scroll down and click Sign in to Contact Support.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your subscription.
- Click Contact Support
- Under Products and services, choose Microsoft 365 and Office.
- Under Category, select Manage my Subscription.
- Choose Chat with support agent in web browser to start a live chat with a Microsoft support representative.
