Users are experiencing page crashes when copying notes from the Sales Order page - FactBox - Attachments - Notes section. After copying more than one note (which is just text), the FactBox shows nothing and the Sales Order page freezes. This has been happening to multiple users over two days. We have not done any recent updates but did recently install the External File Storage - Document Attachments extension from Microsoft and linked our SharePoint site. This has been happening with both Edge and Chrome.

    Hi Shari Braun,

This freezing issue on the Sales Order page occurs across both Edge and Chrome even after you uninstalled the extension and disabled the File Scenario. This indicates a deeper platform level rendering conflict within the Business Central Online environment when the FactBox component processes clipboard events or state updates.

Since this is a fully managed cloud service, you should press F12 to inspect the Console and Network tabs in your browser DevTools to capture the specific script error or exception that triggers during the crash. I highly recommend gathering these logs and opening an official support ticket through your Microsoft Partner Center, as this behavior points toward a regression that requires a platform level hotfix from Microsoft. In the meantime, you can advise your team to open the full record card to view notes rather than performing consecutive copy operations within the FactBox preview to minimize operational disruption. If you find this guidance helpful for your issue, please feel free to accept the answer.
