Request for assistance with recovering 2FA codes for Rockstar Games account

Body: Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to request your assistance in recovering my two-factor authentication (2FA) codes in the Microsoft Authenticator app.

I recently lost access to my old mobile device and had to switch to a new one. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access my Rockstar Games account (associated with the email ******@msn.com) because the 2FA code is missing from my Authenticator app.

I first installed Microsoft Authenticator on February 2, 2019, and I may have had a cloud backup enabled. Could you please help me check if there is any way to restore my old authentication tokens, or advise me on the steps I should take to recover them?
