classic outlook has stopped working on my desktop.

I have always used outlook classic but now it will not open.

It is a desktop computer with windows 11 and I have microsoft 365.

New outlook will open OK

    Thanks but I did a windows (repair) update and it solved the problem

    Hi Edward, Welcome in Community

    Try to run Outlook in safe mode, press WIN + R and type

    Outlook.exe /safe

    see if in this way run smoothly, if yes maybe there is some extension that interfere with the normal operation of Outlook.

    Then, open Outlook > File > Options > add-ins > Com Add-ins

    From here disable all the add-ins not relevant or indispensable
