Again (I'm getting a bit tired of this) the latest Windows 11 update fails installing. It comes to 100% and then says something went wrong and rollback. When I reenter "Windows Update" there are not error messages either. It just says the update is ready to install again (but of course that does not work). I have tried restoring health with DISM, and "tweaking.com repair windows". Happends on both my WIndows 11 laptops (all is ok until it reach 100%). It's quite annoying that this happends almost at every major update. Last time it worked after using dism, but not this time. I'm a bit tired of having to do "in-place repair install" every time thes is an update. Anyone have any other tips on how to get the update installed (what I can try)?

If you are referring to KB5095091 it is a preview update and those sometimes have problems for users. They are optional updates and do not have to be installed. If you have Get update as soon as they're available set to On the set it Off.

The July standard update should take care of any problems.

In the meantime run a recovery via Settings > System > Fix problems using windows update, select Reinstall now.
