Hi Team,

I attended the PL-500: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer (English - ENU) exam on June 30. Unfortunately, I did not pass the exam.

Could you please let me know if I am eligible to retake the exam? I would appreciate your assistance with the next steps and the retake process.

    Hi Team/ Julien / Gerard,

    As I understand, the PL-500 certification exam was retired on June 30, and it is no longer possible to retake the exam.

    However, I had already registered for and attempted the exam before its retirement date. I understand the standard retake policy, but since the certification has been retired, I am unable to use the retake opportunity within the required timeframe.

    In this situation, I would appreciate your guidance on the available options. Since I have already paid the exam fee and attempted the exam once, could you please let me know if I am eligible for:

    • Enrollment in a similar Microsoft certification exam, or
    • A voucher/exam transfer to another certification, or
    • A refund of the exam fee.

    Please advise on the best available option and the next steps.

    The PL-500 exam was retired on June 30th - it is no longer possible to take this exam
