Dear Microsoft Support,

I was not able to find an email address to reach out to Microsoft Support team but I have an urgent request regarding account recovery for my personal Outlook account (not this account). I no longer remember my password, and the only recovery email associated with the account is my old Princeton University student email address. Since graduating, my student email has been replaced with an alumni email, so I can no longer access the original mailbox to receive the verification code needed to reset my password. This Outlook account is extremely important to me because it is connected to several of my accounts and services, including my Apple ID on my iphone, Epic Games account, Nintendo account, and other personal information (credit card charges/banking). I understand that security is important, and I am more than happy to verify my identity in any way needed where I can provide my government-issued ID, princeton school ID, credit card information, etc. to verify my ownership of the account. I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can please provide to help me regain access to my account. Thank you very much for your time.

Kind wishes,

Skyler

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

If I may ask, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your Personal Outlook account?

Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account?

Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
