Microsoft account owning minecraft deleted.

My Microsoft account that owned Minecraft was deleted. I recreated the account using the same email address, but my Minecraft purchase is missing. I have the receipt and transaction ID and need help recovering the purchase

If the Microsoft account you used for the Minecraft licence has been deleted, then any purchases you had associated to that account would be lost, creating a new Microsoft account with the same Email address would not resolve the problem, because the Minecraft licence is a digital licence associated to the original Microsoft account.
