Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am requesting assistance to merge my certification profiles. Currently, I have certifications split across two personal accounts and I want to consolidate everything into my primary personal account.

Primary Destination Account (Keep): ******@gmail.com

Secondary Source Account (Move from): ******@outlook.com

I would like to shift all my earned certifications, transcript history, and badges from the secondary account into my primary Gmail-based profile.

Please initiate a private message so I can safely provide any other verification details needed to process the consolidation.

Its been a week i generated case on support engage center but all in vain no one replied to me.

Thank you!

Learn profiles are self-managed. Microsoft cannot do this for you. You cannot merge two Learn profiles with personal email accounts.

You need to use a work account as a bridge:

    1. Sign into Learn with your old personal email account
    2. Link a work account to your old Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/learn-profile-manage#add-login-accounts-to-your-learn-profile
    3. Sign into Learn with the work account
    4. Remove the old personal email account from the Learn profile
    5. Link and merge your new personal account to your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/faq?pivots=profile#can-i-merge-two-profiles-of-mine-into-one
    6. Optionally, sign into Learn with the new personal account and remove the work account
