I need Microsoft certification support emailID for the following
Dear Microsoft certification Support,
I recently changed employers and no longer have access to the work email address that was associated with my Microsoft Learn profile and certifications.
I would like to transfer my certification profile to my personal Microsoft account so I can continue accessing my certification history and credentials.
My details are as follows:

New Personal [Email:******@gmail.com]
Certification: AZ-204 Azure Developer Associate
Approximate Exam Date: 3rd May 2025
Could you please assist me with updating my account or advise me on the steps required to regain access using my personal email address?

It is not possible to transfer certifications between Learn profiles.
You can add a personal account to your Learn profile but you must have access to the email account associated with the Learn profile. Learn profiles are self-managed and Microsoft cannot do this for you.
The warning given when scheduling an exam says
