New Account Automated Suspension - Egregious Policy False Positive (Requesting Human Review)
Hello Microsoft Advertising Team and Forum Moderators, I am writing to request an urgent human review of my brand-new Microsoft Advertising account, which has been locked due to an automated "Egregious Policy Violation". I believe my account has been caught in a severe false-positive loop by the automated safety scanners.
I created my Microsoft Advertising account as a legitimate, brand-new advertiser. I successfully completed the Advertiser Identity Verification (AIV) process. Almost immediately after entering my valid billing method, the system automatically suspended the account for an "Egregious Violation". I submitted an official dashboard appeal with my genuine ID and credit card details, but it was quickly auto-rejected by the automated system. I have not served a single impression, nor have I violated any network rules. My business name, government ID, and payment instrument all use the exact same legal name and physical address. I have seen Microsoft representatives on this forum reach out via Private Message to escalate locked tickets. I am pleading for a support agent to send me a Private Message so I can securely provide my legal documents (ID, physical card, and business verification) to prove my identity and get this cleared.
