    Hi @SAP,

Based on the error message you shared, it sounds like you may be trying to access the wrong URL or domain.

The message "electronicsystemsindia1.onmicrosoft.com's server IP address could not be found" typically means that the browser is trying to open electronicsystemsindia1.onmicrosoft.com as a website. However, a .onmicrosoft.com domain is usually a Microsoft 365 tenant domain and username domain. It is not a website that you can browse to directly for sign-in.

Since your question was posted under the Microsoft Teams category, if your goal is to sign in to Teams, please go to: https://teams.microsoft.com

Then sign in using your full account name (including @electronicsystemsindia1.onmicrosoft.com) and your password. If prompted, please complete any additional verification steps required by your organization.

Please give that a try and let me know the outcome. If the issue persists, or if you have any further questions, please feel free to reply to this thread. I'll be happy to continue assisting you and look into it further.

Looking forward to hearing from you and thank you so much for taking time.
