Am have issue when ever i open any microsoft office suite, word, excel and it bring this: Excel help can't connect we are having trouble connecting to office.com to get the latest and greatest articles, videos and training courses

    This may be caused by a cached credentials problem, the best option is to perform a full repair of your Office installation.

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

    Select that and choose Modify - Online Repair

    That should fix any issues with your Office Installation.
